You Don't Have Imposter Syndrome. You are just not clear yet.

Let's talk.
One. You're in a room. Someone asks a question you literally know the answer to. You think, "Let someone more qualified speak." That's not imposter syndrome — that's unclear positioning.
Two. You post something thoughtful and immediately feel exposed. You delete it. You tell yourself you're not ready. Often, you're not unclear about your expertise — you're unclear about who you're speaking to and why it matters.
Three. You compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else's highlight reel. Their clarity looks effortless because you're seeing the output, not the years of refinement behind it.
Clarity quiets doubt. When you know what you stand for, who you serve, and what you want to be known for, the room feels different. You stop shrinking. You stop over-explaining. You stop waiting for permission.
So before you label it imposter syndrome, ask: Am I unclear? Because clarity is work — and it's work worth doing.
